SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

In an annual program, Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College offers over $150,000 in scholarships to students enrolled in classes for the fall and spring semesters of each academic year. Scholarships are available for both continuing students, students transferring to a four-year college or university as a junior, and new international students transferring from a local language program. All awards are based on the receipt of funding from donors.

Basic guidelines for scholarship application are current enrollment, a minimum grade point average of between 2.0 and 3.5 reflected on the Santa Ana College transcript, and completion of a minimum of 12 units. For specific criteria to qualify for scholarships refer to the Santa Ana College Scholarship Listing Book.

The Scholarship Books are published each November and are available in the Scholarship Program office on the Santa Ana and Santiago Canyon College campuses. The application is due in March. Please contact the Scholarship Program office for the specific date. Each May, scholarship recipients are announced at the Scholarship and Awards Ceremony. At that time, scholarship donors and recipients are honored.

The scholarships listed here represent just a few of the many scholarship opportunities available to international students.
