JOB PLACEMENT
Although international students are not permitted to work off-campus
without a valid work permit they can work on campus. The College maintains
an employment service to assist students seeking on-campus and off-campus
employment. While international students are not permitted to work off
campus, they can work on the college campus. There are a variety of jobs
offered throughout the college in areas such as Registration, the library,
cafeteria, departmental offices, maintenance department, Tutorial and
Learning Center, and the Student Lounge.
Most jobs are 12-15 hours per week, pay $6.75 an hour, and fill quickly.
If you are interested in a campus job, make an appointment for an interview
with the Placement Officer after you have registered for classes. The
Job Placement Office is located on the first floor of the Johnson Center.
