HOW
DO YOU APPLY?
What is required? To be admitted to the College
Credit Program, an applicant must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Be a high school graduate or
GED Holder
- Have a grade point average of 2.0 (C grade average)
- Have a minimum TOEFL score of 450 PBT (133 CBT/ 45 IBT) or a satisfactory
score on the RSCCD English Placement Test
- Complete the International Student Application
- Submit the required documentation and fees (see
Checklist of Documents)

OF DOCUMENTS
Documents required for file completion:
- Non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 (without
TOEFL score) or
- Non-refundable processing fee of $25.00 (with TOEFL
score of 450+)
- Official academic transcripts and diploma of all
high school, language school, and previous college
work. Official English translation required.
- Affidavit of Support
- Bank Certification
- Physician's Report (physical exam and TB test or
chest X-Ray)
Additional documents required for transfer students
currently in the U.S.:
- Transfer Eligibility Report
- Copy of Passport, Visa, I-20, and both sides of the I-94
