   College Credit Program

Note: To view and print this application you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. Regular printed Application forms are also available by mail from the International Student Office.   

Complete the application and include the following when you send it in:

1. Processing Fee of $25.00 U.S. dollars if you have a TOEFL score of 450 PBT( 133 CPT/ 45 IBT) or higher and are applying directly to the college credit program.
2. Processing Fee of $50.00 U.S. dollars if you are planning to take the RSCCD Test of English Language Development (TELD) or if you are enrolled in the Santa Ana College English Language Academy.
3. Check the English Language Academy Box if you are planning to enroll in the academy
4. Official Academic Transcripts of all high school, high school diploma and previous college work. Official English translations required.
5. Affidavit of Support
6. Bank Certification of sufficient funds to meet international student fee requirements
7. Physician Report certifying good physical health.
8. TOEFL Score of 450 or higher or check your intention to take the RSCCD Test of English Language Development (TELD) on the International Student Application.
9. Transfer Eligibility Report (Students currently in U.S.)
10. Copy of Visa and both sides of I-94 (Students currently in U.S.)
