Hi!
My name is Melissa Jacovani. I first learned about Santa Ana College from a magazine. The college is close to my home, so the location was very convenient. I have been at Santa Ana College for two years, where I am majoring in nursing. My goal is to get an associate degree in nursing and then perhaps transfer to university for completion of a bachelor’s degree.

One of the things I enjoy about studying here is having a chance to arrange my own class schedule and to take courses that interest me. I am taking ESL classes and I think the teachers are great, the material is good, and my English has improved. My favorite instructor, however, is Irene Fondren, the psychology instructor. She is easy to understand, gives good explanations, and treats her students like adults.

The college payment plan permits me to pay my tuition fees in installments and not everything at once. At Santa Ana College, you have a chance to choose from many different majors, meet people from all over the world, learn more about U.S. culture, and reach your educational goals.
