Transcript Request
The first two (2) transcripts in a lifetime are complimentary. Each additional copy will be charged a processing fee of $3.00. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, or money order. Please make check or money order payable to RSCCD.
Official transcripts may be ordered either in person and by mail from the Admissions & Records Office.
Transcript requests will be processed within two to five working days from the date of receipt of request.
How to request transcripts
All transcript requests must be in writing. You may send us a letter, or come in person to fill out a request form.

- Request transcript by mail: To order your official transcript by mail, complete a CEC Transcript Request Form (Click here to download the form) and mail it with your appropriate fees and a copy of your photo ID to:

- We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. The following information is needed.
- Name under which you attended or any other names.
- Birth date.
- Student ID number
- Social Security Number (optional)
- Graduation Year or approximate dates of attendance. Indicate where graduated (SA) Santa Ana or (OC) Orange
- Student signature
- Pick up in person or via mail.
- Address to where transcript to be sent, if via mail. Provide complete address and recipient name)
- A copy of your photo ID
- Number of copies
- Current address and /or contact information (phone#)
- Please note: In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the college will not release records to a third party. Only students themselves may personally order or pick up a transcript.
- Only under special circumstances, if you must have a third party picking up your transcript, this person must have a copy of student photo ID, you must name the designee in a letter to us and he/she must present a photo I.D. that verifies their identity at the time of pick up.
- Transcript ordered for pickup will be held for only 30 days and will be destroyed thereafter. After that time, students are required to submit a new request with payment if already exceeded the first 2 free copies.
- Official final grades for all classes are available on transcripts approximately 2-3 weeks following the end of the semester.
Enrollment Verification
All enrollment verification requests are done in writing. All requests must have the written signature authorizing release of enrollment information from the student. To obtain a request, come to the Registration/Admissions Office or send your request in writing to:

Important: When requesting by mail, please print and sign your name. It is important to include your phone number, Social Security Number and Student ID number, date of birth, approximate dates of attendance, and a copy of a photo ID. Requests for enrollment verification take between 2 to 5 working days to process from date of receipt of request.
