OF MICE AND MEN

This outstanding drama comes to the SAC stage after once holding a very successful run on Broadway. It is a tremendously moving story of two roving farmhands, one of whom—"with the strength of a gorilla and the mind of an untutored child"—unwittingly murders a woman. As the story unfolds we see that their lives are forever and tragically altered.

This outrageous musical comedy turns a childhood favorite on its head as our boy Jack climbs the beanstalk, only to find a friendly, lovable giant and a tap-dancing Golden Goose. Along the way he encounters his long-lost father (a victim of-what else? amnesia) and a villainous Baron. Fresh, wacky and unexpected, Jack & the Beanstalk is sure to delight the entire family!
