The Santa Ana College wrestling team was honored during the March 1 Santa Ana City Council meeting for winning the 2009 California Community College Athletic Association Wrestling State Championship.

12/12/09 - Dons Complete Perfect Season with State Championship
Jaime Martinez, Bobby Scofield and Jose Navarro each won their individual weight class as all 10 wrestlers medaled

12/11/09 - Dons in 2nd Place after Day One of State Championships
The Dons have five wrestlers advancing to the semifinals

The Dons qualified all 10 wrestlers to compete at State

11/20/09 - Dons Win State Duals Championship over Fresno City
The Dons won seven of the 10 weight classes to take the victory
