Santa Ana Water Polo Off to 2-0 Start

SANTA ANA, CA
- The Santa Ana College women's water polo team defeated Palomar College 16-9 in the opening game of the 2007 Santa Ana College Men's and Women's Water Polo Tournament.

Freshman Rose Sanchez (Carlsbad HS) led the Dons with six goals, while sophomore Sara Van Horne chipped in with five goals. Sophomore Jenna Natalizio (Irvine HS) also added two goals for SAC.

The SAC women's water polo team improved to 2-0 on the season with a 10-9 overtime victory over Chaffey College in its second game of the tournament.

Jenna Natalizio finished with four goals including the game winner to lead the Dons. Freshman Stephanie Sasaki (Valencia HS) and sophomore Alex Ferraro (Northwood HS) each added two goals for SAC. Sophomore Bianca Kibby (Valencia HS) recorded nine saves in goal for the Dons.
