Dons Defeat Two-Time Defending State Champs OCC
COSTA MESA, CA – The Santa Ana College (SAC) women's swim team defeated two-time defending state champions Orange Coast College (OCC) 68-64 and Riverside College 64-63 in an Orange Empire Conference (OEC) double duel meet held at the OCC swimming pool.
Freshman Gina Pence (Esperanza HS) won the 500 free and sophomore Jenna Natalizio (Irvine HS) won the 100 backstroke to lead the Dons. Natalizio is the defending OEC champion in the 100 back and finished as the state runner-up in 2007.
