CHINO, CA - The Santa Ana College (SAC) women's golf team shot a team score of 358 in an Orange Empire Conference (OEC) match held Monday afternoon at the El Prado Golf Course.
Freshman Sam Shade (Canyon HS) finished with an 84 to lead the Dons, followed by freshman Christi Whittemore with an 86. Freshman Adriana Murillo (Western HS) shot a 93 and freshman Alicia Badosa (Katella HS) finished with a 95. Other scores for SAC included freshman Linda Shade at 104 and freshman Beck Flores (Western HS) with a 105. The top-four cards from each squad are used to calculate the final score.
Saddleback College finished in first place with a team score of 327, followed by Santiago Canyon 332 and Irvine Valley at 348. SCC's Courtney Solomonson shot a 75 to earn medalist honors. |
