Dons Finish Fifth in OEC Relays at Orange Coast
COSTA MESA, CA - The Santa Ana College (SAC) track & field team opened its season with a fifth place finish in the Orange Empire Conference Relays held at Orange Coast College on Friday.
The Dons were led by Luis Guzman who finished first in the hammer throw, second in the discus throw and fourth in the shot put. Ryan Gleason followed with a third place finish in the hammer, seventh in the discus and third in the shot put.
Sam Juliano finished fifth for SAC in the 3,000M run while Miles Davy had a pair of top-ten finishes in the discus (9th) and the javelin throw (10th).
The Dons finished with 32 team points to take the fifth spot, just seven points behind Fullerton College. Orange Coast College won the event ahead of Riverside College and Golden West College. |
