Falcioni Qualifies for the State Championships
SANTA ANA, CA - Santa Ana College (SAC) will be represented by hurdler Nick Falcioni in the men's track and field state championships. Falcioni finished third in the 400H with a time of 54.02 at the SoCal Regionals, good enough to send him to Bakersfield. He also finished sixth in the 110H (15.17), not quite enough to qualify him in that event as well.
Other Dons in the SoCal Regionals included Bryan Garcia in the triple jump, Eric Bustos in the hammer throw and Gabe Monjaras who set a personal best in the 5,000M to give him an eighth place finish. His time was 15:25, twelve seconds better than his previous mark. |
