Dons Fall Short at Home Against Fullerton College
SANTA ANA, CA - Santa Ana College (SAC) finished first in eight of the 17 events in a 85-60 loss against Fullerton College in men's track and field.
Sam Morton picked up two first place finishes in the 100M dash (11.12) and the 200M dash (22.35) finishing ahead of Fullerton 's Michael Trimble in both races.
The Dons also got a strong performance from Nick Falcioni who finished first in the 110M hurdles (15.2), the 400M hurdles (56.13) and in the high jump (5' 6”). Another impressive performance for the Dons came from Jonathon Coontz who finished second in shot put (42' 7.25”), second in discus (122' 1”) and third in the javelin throw (141' 4”). |
