Santa Ana Has Strong Start to 2008 Season
SANTA ANA, CA - The Santa Ana College (SAC) men's golf team has gotten off to a strong start for the 2008 season. The Dons opened their season with a third place finish in the Victor Valley Invitational and followed that with a fourth place finish in the Rio Hondo Invitational.
The strong start has been rewarded with a jump from 13th to fifth in the Southern California rankings. Fellow Orange Empire Conference contenders Cypress tops the list with Palomar holding down the third spot as three teams from the OEC find themselves in the top 5.
