Jordan Thomas Named Offensive Player of the Week

SANTA ANA, CA - Following his record tying performance last Saturday, Jordan Thomas was named the Southern California Football Association Offensive Player of the Week for the Southern Conference.

Thomas tied a Santa Ana College record with five touchdown passes in the Dons 47-45 loss to LA Harbor. The sophomore quarterback finished the game 19-of-29 passing for 345 yards with the five touchdowns and one interception.

Thomas is the sixth player from Santa Ana College to be picked Southern Conference Player of the Week since the honors inception last season. He is the first Offensive Player of the Week with the over five selections coming from the defensive side of the ball.

On the season, Thomas has completed 62% of his passes while throwing 11 touchdowns with an average of 272 yards passing per game.
